Catch Up

In the past two months of ISM, I’ve done four interview assessments. These interview assessments allow us to reflect back on our meetings with professionals and potential mentors and recall important advice or knowledge they have left us. Although we will not meet with many of these professionals more than once, their expertise on the field of study is very valuable and should be put to use. I believe these assessments will be very useful and help us gather what we have learned from these numerous interviews into one place. These assessments will also help us figure out which professionals we would like to pursue as a mentor and continue meeting with.
